Simulated Universe is one of the best parts of Honkai: Star Rail. This roguelike mode lets you select your team and earn rewards, but can you revive those units if you lose one during a battle?
We’ll cut to the chase – Yes, you can revive units in Simulated Universe, but only at Reviver kiosks.
Simulated Universe can be a tough cookie to crack, especially if you lose a key member of your party. Thankfully, if you can push through to a Respite Domain, you’ll have the chance to bring a single unit back.
But, you’ll have to unlock the ability through the Simulated Universe Ability tree first. We’ll break it all down below.
How to revive characters in Simulated Universe
To revive a unit, you’ll first need to unlock the ability through the Simulated Universe Ability tree. You will have to spend Ability Points, which you earn by playing through the game mode.
Time needed: 10 minutes.
Head to Herta’s Simulated Universe and access the portal
Next, click or tap on Ability Tree
You’ll find the Reviver unlock option a few sections into the tree
Once you’ve unlocked the Reviver, you’ll be able to find it three times during your Simulated Universe run in Honkai: Star Rail.
They can be found in Domain – Respite to the left of Herta.
Here, you can spend your Cosmic Fragments to revive a character, but if they are a staple of your team comp, it’s definitely worth it.
And that’s it! You now have all the tools needed to revive characters in Simulated Universe. If you are interested in learning more tips and tricks, here’s what to know about Memory Bubbles in Honkai: Star Rail.
