Goddess of Victory: Nikke tier list – October 2023

Goddess of Victory: Nikke features a huge roster of SSR characters, but not all of them will be a great asset to your team. That’s where a tier list comes in.

We’ve been playing Nikke since release, so between first-hand experience and other helpful guides, we have a pretty good idea of what makes a useful character in the game.

In addition to our personal experiences, Prydwen has also crunched the numbers to see who is performing best in the game’s current state.

Goddess of Victory: Nikke tier list – October 2023

As you can see, all of the best characters in the game are SSRs. In previous months, there was one exception – N102, which is an SR unit, but with the latest character releases, she’s dropped down to A tier.

In Goddess of Victory, characters are broken down by their Burst order. Characters like Liter and Noise are great as the initial burst.

Dorothy has also been impressive in the Burst I slot, so if you have her, it’s definitely worth considering if you need a solid PvE unit.

UPDATED: Noir, Sparkling Summer Anis, and the NieR collaboration units have now been added to the game and they are great Nikkes in their respective slots.

Centi is basically undefeated in the second slot, but the newer unit Blanc is now contending for that top spot. Dolla is also great, but doesn’t offer the same survivability as Centi.

A newcomer to the second burst is Admi, who serves as great support for PvE, but not PvP.

Burst III options are much more plentiful, with characters like Modernia, Scarlet, Alice, Privaty, and Laplace all putting in solid work.

A tier list is great, but knowing what makes certain characters shine can help you decide where you spend your resources.

Best boss killers for Nikke

Some of the best boss killers include Scarlet, Snow White, and Modernia.

Additionally, shotgun-based teams with Drake and Sugar are great for bosses.

Best mob killers for story and more

Modernia servers double-duty here, providing great damage to clear mobs with the quickness.

Centi is also great, as are Harran, Snow White, and Pepper.

Best support units in Nikke

Support units are a pillar of your team comps, so investing in the right ones can make your journey much easier.

Our favorite support units are Liter, Noise, Centi, Dolla, and Rupee. Rupee can also hold her own in damage output, making her a double threat.

Remember, to reach high levels in PvE and PvP, you’ll need to get SSR units to level 160 and beyond.

To do that, you’ll need to get at least three additional copies of five SSR units.

Nikke is finally in a better state

Nikke, as a game, has been a lot of fun for us. But the previous bugs really put a damper on our experience.

Thankfully, that has improved quite a bit in 2023. It’s still a bit on the P2W side, but it doesn’t make the game unplayable.
