Mobile games are often pretty similar. They follow formulas, but occasionally a mobile game comes along that looks to shake the status quo. Project Snow could be that next game for you.
Project Snow is a third-person looter shooter dripping in sci-fi goodness. It is currently undergoing a second closed-beta test, but there is no word on a global release. We hope to see it globally, but honestly, it is still up in the air.
The game comes from Dragon Li Studios and the second closed-beta test is being kept very close to the chest. Recording footage is banned and players have to play from an actual mobile device. No emulators allowed.
Check out the first trailer for Project Snow
Project Snow’s story involves giant humanoid robot…things and you play the hero that has to go to the quarantine zones to take out these enemies.
As you can see from the trailer above, the game is gorgeous. We’re still gathering details on the game, but we’re loving what we are seeing. We love looter shooters here and the thought of combining these visuals with our favorite action genre really has us excited.
If you are tired of cookie-cutter mobile games that all seem to use the same mechanics, Project Snow is definitely worth keeping an eye on. But don’t hold your breath. It’s still unclear if and when it is getting a global release.
