Wuthering Waves doesn’t have a release date yet, but we do know what platforms you’ll be able to play the game on when it finally releases.
Thankfully, it seems that most people will be able to gain access to the game when it releases.
We’re especially excited about the dedicated PC release, as the open-world action gameplay caters itself nicely to mouse and keyboard.
Additionally, gacha gamers will also be able to access Wuthering Waves on PC through emulators like BlueStacks.
UPDATE 8/24/2023: Kuro Game has just announced that Wuthering Waves will also release on the Epic Games Store.
Will Wuthering Waves ever release on consoles?
With games like Genshin Impact landing on some consoles, it’s understandable to hope for a similar release of Wuthering Waves.
Sadly, at this time, it doesn’t look like the game will be seeing a console release anytime soon.
Wuthering Waves gameplay
Kuro Games has been teasing Wuthering Waves for nearly a year now. Now, however, there is new gameplay footage, and, honestly, it looks great. You can watch the footage from IGN above.
Obviously, people are going to compare this to games like Genshin Impact and Tower of Fantasy. And those people aren’t wrong.
It’s clear more developers are trying to capitalize on the success of those games, but we aren’t mad about it. Genshin Impact has shown how far developers can take free gacha games.
Regardless, if you are interested in a new action mobile gacha game and love the anime aesthetic, Wuthering Waves is definitely worth keeping on your radar.
You can preregister for the game and request beta access to Wuthering Waves on the game’s official site.
