Hoyoverse’s Zenless Zone Zero continues to impress and new gameplay footage from IGN at gamescom 2023 definitely has us excited for its eventual release.
In the footage (shown below), we get a glimpse at one of the food shops in the game, the open-world exploration, and arcade-like mini-games that should help with variety during players’ gaming sessions.
Of course, we also get to see more of the actual fighting mechanics but, somewhat surprisingly, IGN’s footage is pretty light on the combat portion of their video. You can check out the video below.

Sadly, we still haven’t learned anything about a potential Zenless Zone Zero release date. However, our money is still on mid-2024.
But, for those of us that play HoYoverse’s other games like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, we still have plenty of stuff to keep us occupied until ZZZ hits the scene.
We expect Zenless Zone Zero to release on PC, mobile, and PS5. Sadly, we are not expecting an Xbox release, but that definitely could change before its eventual release.
